Description

A superbly detailed diecast metal model of a De Havilland Mosquito in 1/72 scale. The aircraft depicted is an FB-VI from Brize Norton 204 advanced flying school in 1949

The FB Mk VI variant was powered by two Rolls-Royce Merlin 21 or 23 liquid-cooled V12 engines, each producing around 1,460 horsepower. The powerful engines enabled the Mosquito to reach a top speed of over 380 mph (610 km/h).

Fully assembled and complete with a display stand. Part of the Oxford Diecast Front Line Fighters series. A fantastic gift that would complement any desk or bookshelf.
